Just to the north of The Big House is the swimming pool. With George safely living off campus, it is perfect for sneaking out of the Boy's Dome at night after rounds and skinny dipping. The cabana behind it was thoughtfully put there so you could climb on the roof and jump into the pool.

Around the corner, behind The Big House, is the bomb shelter. No doubt the first thing the Russians would do if they could is take out Orange City. But this is 1972 and the stalemate of MAD is keeping us safe. That frees up the bomb shelter for use as a holding cell for kids that are too out of control for even Green Valley standards, which, let's face it, are pretty much non existent. Forgive my language but our school motto for staff and students alike could be: you really have to fuck up to be a fuck up around here.

Speaking of fuck ups and the bomb shelter, shortly after he first arrived, Ross along with Pat was locked up in there for some good reason, I am sure. To entertain themselves they had taken a bed sheet and soaked it in the toilet. Then they shoved it through the vent hole in the wall. They pulled the electrical wires out of the conduit and hooked the hot wire to the sheet. When people would walk by they would shout insults out the hole with the hope of luring someone to come over and touch the sheet for a shocking good time.
